Submitting articles for publication in the magazine and book is free of charge. All submissions that meet the publication guidelines and requirements will be published, subject to verification of compliance

Online Platform

A dedicated online platform, hosted on a new website, will launch alongside the first print editions of the magazine and book in 2027. Access to the platform will be available to contributors whose articles have been accepted for publication, as well as brands, businesses, and individuals who have engaged our advertising and promotional services or participated in the project through advertising arrangements

Submission Format

This call is for written articles only. Video submissions and video-based entries are not accepted

The first official print editions of the magazine and book will be published in English in 2027 in collaboration with international publishers and presented to professionals in the global lash industry at events in Istanbul, Dubai, Moscow, and other countries, with the participation of international judges and trainers

A dedicated online platform will launch alongside the first print editions of the magazine and book in 2027, serving accepted contributors and participants in paid advertising and promotional services

Advertising & Free Article Publication

Advertising and promotional services are separate from the free article submission process for the magazine and book

Free article submissions must provide professional, educational, technical, research-based, or industry-related information relevant to the global lash industry. They must not be used to advertise or promote any brand, company, manufacturer, product, service, or commercial interest, whether belonging to the author or a third party

Any submission containing advertising, promotional, or marketing content will be rejected and excluded from both online and print publication. If such content is identified after publication, it will be removed from all applicable publication platforms

Brands, manufacturers, and businesses seeking to promote their commercial activities are invited to explore our paid advertising and promotional services

Confirmed advertising and promotional services will be delivered according to the agreed terms and arrangements. Depending on the selected service, promotional content may be published through the online platform, in print publications, or across both formats

Purchasing advertising or promotional services does not guarantee acceptance of a separate free article submission and does not automatically entitle the advertiser to free article publication

Registration, Submission & Publication Schedule

Initial Registration Opens: October 22, 2026

22 2026 Registration, article submissions, and advertising orders for the first publication cycle will open on October Each article will be reviewed as it is received

Submission & Advertising Deadline: February 28, 2027

The initial registration and submission period will close on February 28, 2027. After this deadline, no new registrations, article submissions, or advertising orders will be accepted for the first publication cycle

Each author may submit only one article during the applicable submission period. All submissions must comply with the project's publication guidelines and requirements

First Official Publication: Early May 2027

The first official online and print editions of the magazine and book will be published in early May 2027. Accepted articles will be prepared for publication in accordance with the project's publication schedule

Next Registration Period: October 22, 2027

The next registration and article submission period opens on October 22, 2027, for the 2028 publication cycle. Further details about the next cycle will be announced separately

Important Notice

Submitting an article is free of charge. All articles are subject to review and must comply with the project's publication guidelines and requirements before acceptance for publication. Advertising and promotional services are separate from the free article submission process and are subject to their own terms and arrangements

International Events & Industry Collaboration

During 2027, International Lash Industry Magazine & Events will present its print edition at a minimum of 10 international seminars, professional events, and exhibitions through a combination of in-person and online formats

Confirmed locations include Istanbul, Dubai, and Moscow, alongside additional events across different countries and regions worldwide

These activities will promote international collaboration and provide a platform for introducing lash industry manufacturers, brands, equipment, products, article contributors, and other professionals from around the world

The project also maintains ongoing, periodic, and established collaborations with internationally recognized trainers, top medal-winning lash artists, judges, leading industry professionals, brand owners, and manufacturers across the global lash industry

Article Evaluation & Recognition

Articles undergo a two-stage evaluation process designed to promote fairness and impartiality. Submissions are assessed based on their relevance to the global lash industry, originality, accuracy, clarity, overall quality, practical value, innovation, and potential contribution to professional development, entrepreneurship, and industry growth

Selected contributors receive Certificates of Recognition. Special recognition and industry-related benefits are also awarded to selected contributors based on the evaluation results. Final judges will be publicly introduced upon publication of the official online and print editions

The official online edition will be launched in early May 2027 on our dedicated website, www.lashmagmedia.com, featuring a specially designed platform, a professional presentation, and high-quality content dedicated to the global lash industry.
